Phillemon Luhanjo, the retired Chief Secretary of the United Republic of Tanzania, named Southern Highlands Skills Development Centre Limited,(shisdecltd)registered in Makambako, Njombe Region. In which all family members are the company directors and run all the necessary duties and responsibilities for, Southern Highlands Farms and the entire company. Southern Highlands Farms mostly, deals with Tea Plantations, Pineapple Plantations, Honey farming and processing, Horticulture, Livestock, Drip irrigation and water infrastructure and solutions, Field crops and grains, Poultry and Consultancy.
